Sending your graphics to GWUR
- Graphs/Charts - send as a vector image: .svg, .eps, .ai
- Most data visualization programs have a way to export to a “vector image.” If you can’t seem to find a way, email [email protected] for info on a case-by-case basis

- Tables - send them in an editable document: .doc, .tex
- Send the table in a Word doc or LaTeX file (it could be part of your article's document)
- Make sure it is the actual table, not an image of a table

- Equations and Formulas - send them in an editable format: .tex (preferred), .doc
- If you generated the equation yourself, send the LaTeX code for it either as a .tex or as raw text.
- If you generated the equation in Microsoft Office, put it in a Word doc
- Don’t send images of equations
- Photos which don't fall into any of the previous categories: .jpg, .png
- Ensure highest resolution possible
